Steller Sea Lions, also known as the Northern Sea Lion, are quite gregarious. They are usually seen in groups numbering a few hundred to thousands of individuals and their social system is quite advanced.

California Sea Lions are playful, noisy, acrobatic,
exuberant, highly adaptable, and quick to learn. They
are smaller and darker than Stellar Sea Lions.
