Whale or Bear Watching Private Tours
Our whale & bear watching private tours are 2.5-3 hours in length and are $1599 (+tax & research fee) and are available for groups of up to 12 people. If you have a group of more than 12 passengers, please complete the form below and we will reach out with further details & availability.
Our Whale Watching private tours are available throughout the day in both Tofino & Ucluelet (March through October).

Our Bear Watching private tours are available at different times each day based on the timing around low tides when bears are often found foraging along the shoreline. These tours are available starting in April and run until the end of October.

Hot Springs Cove Private Tours
Our Hot Springs Cove private tours are $2600 (+tax & research fee & park fee) and are available for groups of up to 12 people.
These tours are available year-round (weather dependent in winter) and can leave throughout the day.

Tofino & Clayoquot Sound Nature Tour (Fall/Winter only)
This 2-2.5 hour tour is available from November through February as a private tour for $949 (+tax & research fee).

Whale Watching & Bear Watching Combination
Journey to the open ocean in search of Grey Whales, Humpbacks, and Killer Whales before tucking into calm waters to spend time with black bears while they forage along the coast for food. The total tour length is 4.5-5 hours. Cost: $2499 plus taxes/fees for a 12 passenger vessel.
Weddings, Staff Parties & More!
If you’re hosting a celebration – big or small – we can definitely create an exciting experience for you and your entire group. We have vessels that can fit groups of 12 to 45 passengers. Our vessel – the Lukwa is also licensed should you want to have a few enjoyable drinks during your celebration.
How to Book Your Private Tour
Some of our private tours are available to book online. These include tours that are on our Zodiac or Cabin Cruiser vessels. You should be able to book these tours online through their dedicated tour page. You can also fill out the form below with as much detail as possible and our team will respond to you with our availability.
Private Tour Cancellation Policy
For our private tours, all payments are taken at the time of booking. Guests who cancel outside of 24-hours will receive a full refund. Guests who cancel within 24-hours will not be issued a refund but can reschedule with no fee or receive a credit to use in the future. Groups larger than 12 may be subject to an extended cancellation policy, which will be discussed at the time of booking.
Private Tour Raincheck Policy
Guests who travel with us on a private whale watching or bear watching tour and who do not see the whales or bears they came to see will be issued a Raincheck Ticket based on our Raincheck Guarantee Policy. These raincheck tickets can only be redeemed for our normally scheduled tours and not private tours.
