Once you making a booking with Jamie’s Whaling Station or one of our partners we assure you that your space has been reserved. Because we are holding seats for you, this means we may have to turn away other business which is why we must have a strict cancellation policy in place. Below are the cancellation policies for Jamie’s Whaling Station and our partners.
Jamie's Whaling Station
Our Sea Otter, Whale Watching, Bear Watching, and Hot Springs Cove tours have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If any cancellations are received, including a reduction in the passenger numbers, within 24 hours of the tour departure refunds will not be issued. Any cancellations outside of 24-hours will receive a 100% refund.
If you do not arrive for your tour, you are deemed a “No Show” and no refund will be issued to you for failing to arrive for your tour.
Paddle West Kayaking has a 24-hour cancellation policy.
If any of these tours are cancelled within the noted times then the full amount of the reservation will be charged to the credit card used to secure the booking.
