With over 40 years of experience, we know where and how to find whales, bears, and otters for you. We have a High Sightings Success Rate in finding whales, bears, and otters on our tours.
If you join us on a Whale, Bear, and Otter tour and the boat does not see a whale, bear or otter, we will provide you with a Raincheck Ticket, allowing you to join us on another tour – FREE of charge!
Guests using a Raincheck Ticket for Whale, Bear or Otter Watching tours:
- Are able to join tours aboard our large or cabin cruiser vessels, or our open zodiac vessels, from either Tofino or Ucluelet.
- Are able to confirm seats 60 minutes prior to departure.
- Can not use a Raincheck Ticket for a different tour than the originally booked one.
No Expiry!
Our raincheck tickets NEVER expire. They can be used on the same day, in the same year, or in 25 years from your original departure. We operate several tours each day providing opportunities for you to join us again.
If you do not think you’ll be returning to our area it is possible to exchange your raincheck for a 25% discount on gift shop items.
