All activities and programs are subject to the signing of a waiver releasing Jamie’s Whaling Station from liability. If you do not accept the terms of this waiver agreement, you will not be allowed to participate in the excursion. You acknowledge that the waiver has been made available to read and to accept in advance of finalizing your booking and that you agree to the terms of this waiver. If you are purchasing tickets for more than just yourself, you agree and guarantee that you have the authority of the other people in your party on whose behalf tickets are purchased to accept the terms of the waiver agreement; that you have given them the opportunity to read it; and you have told them that they must accept the terms of waiver if they want to participate in the excursion. You will indemnify us if these representations are not true.
